At Print Collections, we offer art in two distinct materials:

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Upon purchasing a digital download, you will receive a convenient zip folder containing the art files in multiple aspect ratios, delivered straight to your inbox. From there, you can easily download and enjoy your chosen artwork. Our digital downloads are versatile, allowing you to print them or use them on compatible devices like TV.
Please note that digital downloads are intended for personal use only and should not be resold or distributed.
DIGITAL PRINTING OPTIONS
Upon purchasing a digital download, you’ll receive a zip file containing images saved in various aspect ratios, including 2:3, 4:5, and 3:4. Additionally, when applicable, you’ll find files in a 16:9 ratio and specifically tailored for Frame TV. The aspect ratio determines the height and width proportions of an image, crucial for printing without cropping or resizing.
Refer to the guide below to select the ideal file for your desired print size:
- 2:3 – 4×6, 5×7, 12×18, 20×30, 24×36
- 3:4 – 18×24, 30×40
- 4:5 – 8×10, 11×14, 16×20
- 16:9 – To be used when printing artwork long and narrow.
- Frame TV – To be used with the Samsung Frame TV.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FAQ
Can I purchase digital files from events I attended years ago?
If you have photos from past events, you can inquire via order@solout-goods.com and, upon agreed payment, obtain the maximum-size file. The oldest photos available date back to 2017.

We offer acid-free coating, aluminum alloy frames in black, white and champagne silver.
All framed prints include:
- Acid-free coating, aluminum alloy frame with hardware accessories, surface covered with acrylic.
- Dust Cover attached to the back of the frame.
- Hanging wire for easy installation (on applicable orders).

SHIPPING
Collection Prints has a 5-7 business day lead time on all orders. Occasional delays associated with the out of stock products, COVID pandemic, order volume, or adverse weather conditions may cause slight delays. Because all prints are made to order, multiple packages may be required for shipping. Tracking numbers for all packages will be provided.
Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, please contact order@solout-goods.com within 15 days of order receipt. A picture of the damaged product and packaging will be requested.
For international shipping, recipients are responsible for payment of duties and taxes.
